ORDER PROCESSING & PRE-ORDERS
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours. Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.
Most of my ceramics are handmade to order. For pre-orders, please allow up to 30 days for production before shipping.

INSURED SHIPPING & DAMAGE
If anything arrives damaged, please email info@federicamassimi.com within 24 hours of receiving your parcel, including photos of the product and its packaging. Keep both: I will help you with your claim.

CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES
For shipments outside the European Union, any customs duties and taxes are not included in the product or shipping price. Each country has its own customs rules and sets charges according to the type and value of the goods. Please check any applicable allowances and charges; customs checks may affect delivery times.

DELIVERY ADDRESS
